"How can I get my voice heard and make a difference?"
Do you want to have a say in local services or even at a national level?
There are a number of different ways in which to make your voice heard and your opinions count
Use your local councillor to get your views across or for highlighting a particular issue or concern. For a list of local councillors contact Access Bolton on 01204 333333 or visit www.bolton.gov.uk. You can write to your councillor at The Members' Secretariat, Town hall, Bolton, BL1 1RU.
Use your local MP, writing c/o House of Commons, London, SW1 OAA.

Carers UK campaigns to improve carers' lives and has an 'Equal Partners' project - offering carers free information such as newsletters and briefings as well as access to training (for example, on media awareness, negotiation, and campaigning).
